A Short Explanation...

Well, I haven't been the best at keeping up with my blog site and every time I visit I have to see that big smiling picture of myself. Um, it makes me wonder what everyone else is wondering when they visit???

The explanation: I have been wanting to put a picture on my "signature" when I go to leave messages for others, but I had A LOT of trouble getting my blogspot to accept anything that I was uploading from my computer!! Finally I read a section that said I could use a picture that was posted in my personal blog....that is what I did and then got scared that if I deleted the posting of myself I would loose the pathway to the picture on my signature?!!?!?

Not sure if that is actually a problem or if it even works that way, but because I don't want to deal with it anymore at this time the picture is going to have to stay. Thanks for understanding and not thinking I am TOO weird for having a picture of myself on my own blog!!!

Re-populating.....

Okay, I was just jumping from one blogspot to the next reading updates about my friends and family - when a common thread started revealing itself to me.....a lot of little people are on their way :)!!!!!!!!

My dear sister Kimberly is pregnant, my dear cousin Tami is pregnant, my other dear cousin Melannie is pregnant and my precious friend Joyce is pregnant....UM, I would say don't drink the water....BUT they are in multiple different states: FL, VA & NC????

So, what was happening in the 2nd half of 2006??? What event took place that launched the creation of many little people?? The things that make you say......hummmmmmmmmm!

But needless to say I am very excited for each and everyone - I can't wait to VISIT all the little people :).

We had a "bigger" family Christmas this 2006 and here is a snap shot into our families BIG day!!
Our girls got a "girls best friend"....diamond earrings and Austin got his MOST DESIRED gift....Gator Nike's....special ordered to his specification :).

Crazy Days...

Well, as you can imagine trying to smoothly combine 2 families, 2 homes, 5 schedules, 3 pets, etc....is not an easy task and requires a few hours of dedication!!! So needless to say I have been slacking on my posting :( sorry.

I posted that picture of the Gators only because I stole it from my sister's blog, and I still haven't posted Christmas morning/afternoon pics....pretty soon I have to have Valentines day and I haven't even made it out of 2006!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sigh.....

Michael had his 40th Birthday on January 12th...we had an "almost" surprise party for him. The plans became tangled at the last minute and he got really suspicious when I had the neighbors fake a broken down car just before everyone arrived. We had fun anyway and my baby knew that I was thinking of him on his big day!! Wow, I married a grown up :)! ha ha ha

Hopefully I will have some new and interesting pictures on the near future for all to enjoy.
